	My resume and I: growing together 05 Jan 2009, 2:19 PM Some years ago, when I was a graduate, I wrote and sent lots of my resumes to get my first serious job. That time is well behind now but the habit to update my resume on a regular basis appeared to be very useful. Though I have a stable and well-paid job, I always have my resume on several job sites. Who knows how it may happen. Once I was very lucky in it. I do not put my full name and the name of companies I worked for in my on-line resume but my skills and description of projects I participated in. And, you know, they contact me. Some proposals are really interesting. Actually, I have two variants of my resume: on-line one with no names and my resume for personal contacts which includes references. I update both ones on a regular basis. It’s a real pleasure to put new skills and achievements in my resume. We are growing together. I do not just add new information into my resume. I rethink and rewrite it making more professional with each update. It is very important to know that your have perfect updated resume. When a chance occurs, you may not have time for revision!
